李键飞先生的酒店生涯始于2013年，自佛山保利洲际酒店前台接待起步，十二载深耕于此，凭借扎实功底与进取之心，完成了从基层到管理核心的稳步跃升。他先后历任前厅部、市场销售部，并在市场销售部深耕，2020年晋升市场销售总监，以市场营销领域的丰富经验与亮眼成就赢得业界认可；2022年起任行政助理经理，统筹市场销售与房务运营，期间辅佐三任总经理推动发展，更助力酒店在2024年连夺三届“银龙奖”，尽显综合管理与团队协作之能。

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) announced the appointment of Mr. Klaus Li as General Manager of InterContinental Foshan. In this role, Mr. Li will assume full responsibility for the hotel’s overall operations and strategic management.
Mr. Klaus Li's hospitality career began in 2013 when he joined InterContinental Foshan as a Front Desk Receptionist. Over twelve years of dedicated service at this property, he has steadily progressed from frontline operations to core management through solid professional foundation and relentless drive. His career path has spanned both Front Office and Sales & Marketing departments, with particularly deep experience in Sales & Marketing. His promotion to Director of Sales & Marketing in 2020 recognized his rich experience and outstanding achievements in the marketing field. Since 2022, as Executive Assistant Manager overseeing both Sales & Marketing and Rooms Operations, he has supported three successive General Managers in driving the hotel's development and contributed significantly to the hotel's remarkable achievement of winning the \"Silver Dragon Award\" three consecutive times in 2024, fully demonstrating his comprehensive management capabilities and team leadership.
As an exemplary practitioner of IHG's \"ROOM TO GROW\" philosophy, Mr. Klaus Li participated in the IHG's Career Insights - General Manager Potential Program in September 2023, further enhancing his strategic vision and leadership competencies. While maintaining his marketing expertise, he has also introduced innovative concepts in F&B and ROOMS operations, consistently focusing on elevating guest experiences. His steady leadership style and forward-thinking approach have earned him widespread trust.
